How do you kick that regular, or diet, soft-drink habit?

Numerous studies have linked soft drinks with overweight, obesity and Type 2 Diabetes which has led many to switch to artificially sweetened drinks.

However, recently, artificially sweetened drinks have come under fire too. It has been found that diet soft-drinks aren’t promoting weight loss or helping people take in fewer calories.
